Construction and Maintenance Activities Restricted for Upcoming 2026 Labor Day Holiday

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that there will be no maintenance or construction activities on limited-access highways for the upcoming Labor Day Holiday, from 6 a.m. Friday September 4, 2026, to 6 a.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Only work of an emergency nature will be considered.
In general, Contract Language governs the required restrictions therefore verify and abide by the Contracts Limitations of Operations accordingly.
