CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2026-00010808 de 20 de mayo de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR de oficio la inscripción en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores, de la Emisión de Obligaciones de Corto Plazo de la compañía ZAIMELLA DEL ECUADOR SOCIEDAD ANONIMA, por un monto de hasta VEINTE MILLONES DE DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA (USD 20.000.000,00), que fue aprobada mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2024-00006449 de 10 de abril de 2024.
