Annual Labor Day Run in Saguaro National Park

TUCSON, Ariz. - It's time again for the Annual TMC Saguaro National Park Labor Day Run!
The Tucson Medical Center event, in its 55th year, is Monday, September 7, from 4 a.m. to 11 a.m. During the event the Cactus Forest Loop Road and the Rincon Mountain Visitor Center Parking Lot in the east district of the park will be closed.

Only registered runners will be allowed past the kiosk during the race event. This is an annual event hosted by the Southern Arizona Roadrunners and consists of an 8-mile run around the loop or a 5k fun-run down to Javelina Picnic Area. The Cactus Forest Loop Road will reopen after 11 a.m.

All other trails and trailheads outside the racecourse will remain open. The Rincon Mountain Visitor Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
