NIH Federal Credit Union received national recognition for marketing excellence, earning five awards at the 2025 MAC (Marketing Association of Credit Unions) Conference held October 29 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The annual conference, attended by hundreds of credit union marketing professionals, partners, and industry suppliers, recognizes outstanding creativity and strategic impact in credit union marketing. NIHFCU was honored within its asset group with Gold Awards for Use of Humor and Public Relations, a Silver Award for Innovative Marketing, and Bronze Awards for Marketing Automation and Social Media.
Accepting the honors on behalf of the credit union was Steve Levin, Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy. "These awards are a reflection of our entire team's dedication to connecting with members in authentic, creative ways that advance our mission," Levin shared.
