City Government Offices Will Be Closed Monday, January 19; Collection Schedule is Modified
Wilmington government offices will be closed on Monday, January 19 for Martin Luther King Day. As a result, the Department of Public Works' Sanitation Division will collect trash and recyclables on a modified holiday schedule.
The modified holiday schedule is as follows:
- Monday, January 19: CITY HOLIDAY/ NO COLLECTION
- Tuesday, January 20: East of I-95 trash collection
- Wednesday, January 21: West of I-95 trash collection
- Thursday, January 22: East of I-95 recycling collection
- Friday, January 23: West of I-95 recycling collection
