The Farmers Bank Announces Promotion of Elizabeth Paris to AVP Market Leader

CLINTON COUNTY, INDIANA - The Farmers Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Elizabeth Paris, formally Latshaw to Assistant Vice President, Market Leader. This promotion took effect in the fall of 2025 and expands her leadership responsibilities in addition to her current role as Financial Center Director for the Mulberry and Rossville locations.

As Market Leader, Elizabeth is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and an integrated business strategy across a defined geographic market. Her role includes strategic leadership, business development, team management and coaching, customer and client experience, risk and compliance management, and partnership and collaboration. In this capacity, she serves as a key representative of The Farmers Bank in the communities she supports.

In her expanded role, Elizabeth will provide leadership oversight for The Farmers Bank's Mulberry, Rossville, Kirklin, Michigantown, and Sheridan locations.

"Elizabeth has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to both our customers and our teams," said Steve Walter, Senior Vice President of Consumer Banking at The Farmers Bank. "Her ability to build relationships, develop people, and lead with integrity made her a natural choice for this expanded role. We are confident she will continue to positively impact our organization and the communities we serve."

Elizabeth brings more than 13 years of experience in customer service and financial services to her new role. Prior to joining The Farmers Bank, she worked with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance in the Clinton County Office. Since joining the bank, she has held multiple leadership positions, including Financial Center Assistant Director in Frankfort.

She attended the University of Southern Indiana before she began her professional career. Elizabeth is a lifelong Clinton County resident who currently lives in Rossville. She is deeply involved in the community, serving with COACH Kids of Clinton County and volunteer coach of the Rossville girls volleyball program, which recently completed a championship season. Her commitment to mentorship and leadership extends beyond the workplace and into the broader community.

"I am passionate about serving the communities that I was raised in and still live in," said Paris. "This opportunity allows me to engage with our customers and employees across a broader network. I look forward to continuing to strengthen relationships for The Farmers Bank while supporting the growth of our teams and the communities we serve."

Elizabeth will continue to serve as Financial Center Director for the Mulberry and Rossville locations while fulfilling her expanded responsibilities as AVP Market Leader. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, coaching volleyball, reading, and shopping. She is the proud mother of her son, Kahne.
