Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers Appoints Amber Anthony President of US Assure

MAY 5, 2026 | CHICAGO, IL - Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers ("RSUM"), the underwriting management division of Ryan Specialty (NYSE: RYAN), is pleased to announce the appointment of Amber Anthony as President of US Assure, effective May 1, 2026. Amber will continue to oversee Marketing, Sales and Distribution in her ongoing capacity as President and Chief Marketing Officer. With her promotion, Alan Ferguson, CEO of US Assure, separates President from his title.

Amber joined US Assure in 2013 and has helped shape the organization's marketplace presence and growth agenda. She is recognized for business judgement and cross-functional influence, including active support of operational priorities and underwriting initiatives. During her tenure, Amber has led efforts to establish and elevate the US Assure brand, introduced data-driven tools for customer management and performance measurement, and implemented tactics to expand new business. She has also been a driving force behind initiatives to increase lead acquisition and conversion, strengthen distributor engagement, boost qualified submissions and advance the overall customer experience.
