MONDAY, September 14
8:00 a.m. - Tour of 2025 Vallecito Flood Area
The Board of Commissioners will tour the site of the 2025 Vallecito Flood with representatives from the Upper Pine River Fire Protection District. The tour will begin at the Fire District Station 4 at 80 W. Vallecito Creek Road in Bayfield.
12:30 p.m. - Weekly Work Session
The Board will meet with county leadership to discuss emerging issues, identify and align upcoming priorities, coordinate communications, and determine the appropriate venue for future board discussions. An agenda for this meeting is posted at: https://www.lpcgov.org/meetings

The Board will attend the event to celebrate the completion of a spectacular mural by local artist Annie Bussell in collaboration with Boys & Girls Club of La Plata County members. The event will be held at Boys & Girls Club, 2750 Main Avenue in Durango.

The Board will attend the Colorado Counties, Inc. (CCI) virtual Steering Committee Meetings.

9:00 a.m. - Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast
The Board will attend the Pancake Breakfast, hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Durango. The event will be held at the La Plata County Fairgrounds, located at 2500 Main Avenue in Durango.
