TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - Milling and Paving on NB I-295 Will Continue
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists the continuing nighttime closure of NB I-295 between Rt 141 and Rt 13. The work will also necessitate continuing ramp closures Sunday through Thursday until Thursday, October 2nd.
The affected ramps will be northbound I-295 to northbound Rt 141 and again at the ramp onto southbound Rt 13, and the ramp from southbound Rt 141 onto northbound I-295.
The work will be done this week and next week from 6:30 pm to 5:30 am. Starting Sunday, September 28th the hours will be 8:00 pm to 6:00 am.
This work is weather dependent. Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area. For more information visit the DelDOT website at www.deldot.gov, download the DelDOT app or tune to 1380 am, WTMC.
