Brands in Action

As featured in The Estée Lauder Companies FY26 Social Impact and Sustainability report, published October 28, 2026.

In addition to the efforts led by The Estée Lauder Companies' Charitable Foundation and The Breast Cancer Campaign, our brands continue to help drive meaningful impact by supporting the causes that matter most to their teams, their consumers, and the communities where they live, work, and source.

Through bold campaigns, thoughtful partnerships, and purpose-driven investments, our brands are helping advance health equity, champion education, promote environmental stewardship, and create opportunity-rich communities worldwide.

THE BREAST CANCER CAMPAIGN

30+ Years of Impact in Breast Cancer Awareness, Research, and Advocacy

ELC has been at the forefront of supporting the global breast cancer community for more than 30 years. At a time when breast cancer wasn't openly discussed, Evelyn H. Lauder saw an opportunity to bring awareness to the disease and address stigmas in women's health. In 1992, she co-created the pink ribbon and founded The Estée Lauder Companies' Breast Cancer Campaign (The Campaign), inspiring a global movement around its mission to help create a breast cancer-free world for all. Together, The Estée Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation (ELCCF) and The Campaign have funded, through the end of fiscal 2026, more than $167 million for lifesaving research, education, and medical services around the world, with more than $131 million funding medical research through the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).

BCC Global Ambassador Elizabeth Hurley joins UK&I BCC Ambassadors: Lauren Mahon, Dr. Zoe Williams, Kreena Dhiman, and Leanne Pero MBE.

As part of its global impact, The Campaign funds numerous grants and programs that help accelerate opportunities for women in STEM, having funded more than 400 annual research grants through BCRF. By supporting scientific research and education, The Campaign continues to help empower women across generations to advocate for their breast health.

AVEDA

Every April since 1999, Aveda has mobilized its global network of employees, partner salons and spas, Institutes, Experience Centers, and customers during Earth Month to raise awareness and funds for clean water access, with initiatives totaling over $72 million. Since 2018, Aveda has partnered with global nonprofit, charity: water, to deliver safe drinking water to more than 178,000 people in India, Ethiopia, Nepal and Madagascar.

Fiscal 2026 also marked the launch of Aveda's hero styling product, Miraculous Oil. To celebrate the launch, Aveda welcomed press and influencers to the Willamette Valley in Oregon to spotlight the sourcing story of Daikon Seed oil, one of the product's unique botanical ingredients, grown and harvested by more than 50 local farms in the region. Guests learned firsthand how this oil is sustainably cultivated and harvested using waterwise and soil-friendly practices like no-till farming and crop rotation, which help protect biodiversity and preserve soil for future generations. The experience connected guests with Miraculous Oil's powerful plant-derived benefits and the sustainable, local sourcing that reflects Aveda's mission of care for people and planet.
