During the in-depth and interested discussion, the participants, including Li Ziguo, Director of the Institute of Eurasian Studies at the Chinese Academy of International Studies, emphasized that against the background of instability in world politics and economic volatility, the SCO has every opportunity to assume a more significant role in global governance as an important factor in the changing balance of power. In these circumstances, the Organization is called upon to become a stronghold of security and a platform for joint development based on the principles of non-confrontational, inclusivity and equality.
