Applications Now Open for the CBC 2027 Working Group

Do you want to be a part of the team that plans the educational lineup at the Craft Brewers Conference® (CBC®)? Here's your chance! Applications are now open to join the CBC 2027 Working Group (formerly known as the Seminar Subcommittee). Apply by Friday, July 17.

The CBC Working Group is a nine-month commitment-beginning in July 2026 and ending in April 2027. As a part of the subcommittee, you will be asked to:

  • Provide insights to help determine the important topics that need to be covered at CBC 2027
  • Suggest and help recruit potential speakers and educational formats for key topics
  • Review content proposals and make recommendations for selection
  • Help speakers refine their presentations by providing feedback on outlines, drafts, and other deliverables before the conference

Working Group activities include:

  • August-December 2026: Attending meetings every other week to discuss potential topics, speakers, and formats; reviewing submitted proposals between meetings during the call for proposals
  • January-March 2027: Reviewing session deliverables as assigned and providing feedback to speakers
  • April 2027: Attending CBC 2027 (if able) and providing post-event feedback

Applications due Friday, July 17
