Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised DKE Holding Company Limited on its global offering and H-share listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
DKE is a leading provider of smart IoT e-paper display solutions. With more than 15 years of experience in e-paper display technology, the company has developed a strong track record in the design and manufacturing of e-paper display modules. According to China Insights Consultancy, DKE was the second largest global e-paper display manufacturer by revenue in 2025 and the largest global commercial e-paper display manufacturer by revenue during the same period.
The listing reflects Hong Kong's continued attractiveness as a capital markets venue for high-growth technology companies benefiting from global digitalisation trends and the increasing demand for sustainable, energy-efficient solutions.
