GEAPS Announces 2026 International Board Candidates

The future leadership of Grain Elevator and Processing Society is now on the ballot. The 2026 International Board of Directors candidates have been announced, bringing forward a slate of experienced, forward-thinking professionals ready to guide GEAPS and the grain and grain processing industries into the next chapter. Below are the candidates:

Second Vice President Candidates:

• Matthew Schmitt, Keen Project Solutions, LLC

• Jeff Trudell, Bulk Conveyors, Inc. (BCI)

Board Director Candidates:

• Julio Contreras, Behlen Grain Systems

• Adam Geers, Michigan Agricultural Commodities (MAC)

• Brent Hansen, Sukup Manufacturing Co.

• Jacob Long, Bartlett

• Tom Rodman, TEMCO, LLC - Kalama

• Ryan Slama, CHS, Inc.

• Scott Steinke, The Andersons, Inc.

• Dale Vinsand, West Side Salvage Company, LLC

These candidates bring a wealth of experience in areas including grain operations, safety, training, grain processing, and more. With a shared commitment to driving progress through connection and collaboration, they are well-positioned to guide GEAPS through its next phase of growth and service to the global member community.

GEAPS members will elect one Second Vice President and four directors this spring. Online voting will open April 15. Members should watch for candidate bios and videos coming prior to voting open.
