Statement of Cory Gardner on New Legislation for Federal Tax Incentives for TV and Film Production

"We applaud Senators Scott and Schiff and Representatives Moran, Sánchez, Jack, Friedman, Carey, Chu, Kustoff, and Suozzi for introducing the Motion Picture, Television, and Entertainment Revitalization Act, bipartisan legislation to create a federal film and television production incentive. This is a major step toward bringing more productions, jobs, and investment back to the United States. At a time when countries around the world are competing aggressively for productions, this legislation will help keep America the global home for film and television. We look forward to working with Congress to get it passed."
