Aging Partners today announced it will expand its lunch service beginning Wednesday, November 5, for seniors who may be negatively impacted by the expiration of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.
Hot meals will be available to residents age 60 and older in two 45-minute sessions, 11:15 a.m. to noon and 12:15 to 1 p.m., at Victory Park, 600 S. 70th St. Meal service at Aging Partners' other senior center locations remains unchanged.
Meal reservations are required two days in advance at all Aging Partners Senior Center locations. For the expanded Victory Park meal service, seniors may make reservations by calling 402-441-7154.
StarTran bus service to Victory Park is available on routes 44, 48 and 54.
