Permit and Review Information System Status Update

November 12, 2025

Our Permitting team is currently experiencing a human capital shortage, which is leading to longer response times. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this busy period.

To help manage expectations, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • If you are inquiring about the status of a permit application, we kindly ask that you allow at least 2 weeks from the submission date before reaching out for an update.
  • If your job is an emergency (meaning it's related to a 3/10 day notice, DOT emergency permit, sewer repair order, or cease & desist) please be sure to mark the appropriate field on your application for our review team. Note: Emergency jobs are subject to verification; please include relevant documents to support the emergency when available.

Please note that requests for application status will only be addressed 2 weeks after the application has been submitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to process all requests in a timely manner. We are committed to providing you with the best service possible.
