3rd St. closed between Half Main St. and Elm St. Wednesday, Sept. 24
(September 23, 2025) 3rd St. will be closed between Half Main St. and Elm St. on Wednesday, Sept. 24, concrete will be pumped to the upper floors of the new parking garage that is under construction. The road will close at 11 a.m. and is expected to reopen by 5 p.m. Drivers can use 2nd St. as an alternate route during the closure. See attached map (PDF).
Drivers are urged to use caution in the work zone and to find an alternate route in advance. Drivers can also use the Waze app to navigate road closures. Click here to learn about Waze or install it on your smartphone.
