What: How Not to Die with Michael Greger, M.D.
When: Tuesday, October 7, 5:30-7 p.m.

Dr. Greger, founder of the nonprofit NutritionFacts.org, will share evidence-based insights on how diet and lifestyle choices can help prevent and treat some of the leading causes of death in the United States. Attendees will learn practical strategies for healthier living and gain insight from global populations largely free of "Western" diseases such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
