Liu Ming Hui is a director and owner of Smart Dynamics Technology Limited, and may be deemed to possess beneficial ownership of the shares of the Issuer owned by Smart Dynamics Technology Limited. Mr. Liu joined the Board of Directors of HWH International Inc. on August 10, 2026.
