New Use & Occupancy Approval Process for Beer Permit Applications

The Metropolitan Beer Permit Board has updated the process for obtaining Use & Occupancy (U&O) approval for beer permit applications.

Effective immediately, applicants whose beer permit application requires U&O approval must obtain approval directly from the Metro Codes Department.

How to Request U&O Approval

To request approval, email [email protected] and include the following information:

1. Beer permit application number
2. Business name
3. Business address
4. Building permit number

Metro Codes will review the information and provide the required U&O approval.

Applicants should complete this step as soon as possible to avoid delays in processing their beer permit application.
