The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

WES Powder River Holdings LLC (F000880, P0040728):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by WES Powder River Holdings LLC to modify the Bozeman Compressor Station (WGR) with the installation of one (1) 950 hp Waukesha F3524GSI compressor engine (ENG006). WES Powder River Holdings LLC would also like to remove three (3) engines (ENG003-ENG005) which were never installed and have lost authorization to be constructed, update blowdown emissions (BVC001) and fugitive emissions (FUG001). The Bozeman Compressor Station (WGR) is located in the SW¼ NE¼ of Section 19, T40N, R74W, approximately thirty (30) miles west-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F000880 and permit number P0040728 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk's Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
