(COLUMBIA, S.C.) - South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that his office's Vulnerable Adults and Medicaid Provider Fraud unit (VAMPF) has arrested Elizabeth Schlesinger Mullins, 40 years old, of Piedmont, S.C.
