Laughs For Life Stand-Up Comedy Aug. 28 will benefit cancer research
Mark your calendar for an all-star lineup of comedians at the Laughs For Life Stand-Up Comedy event for a great cause on August 28.
A fundraiser benefiting the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of South Orange County, the event begins at 7:30 pm at the Norman P. Murray Center, 24932 Veterans Way. Doors open at 6 pm.
Hosted by Dry Bar Comedy talent Ron Ruhman, the event stars comedian and former weathercaster Fritz Coleman as well as Wendy Liebman and Rachel Burch.
Tickets, which are tax deductible, are a $25 donation that directly benefits the American Cancer Society.
Coleman is a 5-time Emmy award-winning stand-up comedian and former KNBC weathercaster who made eight appearances on "The Tonight Show" with Johnny Carson and Jay Leno.
A delicious dinner from Outback Steakhouse will be available for purchase. For tickets and more details, see the flier.
