Venture One VK Fund Acquires 11,576 Sq. Foot Industrial Building in Bensenville, Illinois

Rosemont, IL - September 22, 2021 - Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 11,576 square foot industrial building located at 691 Country Club Drive in Bensenville, Illinois. The acquisition was a sale-leaseback with Graphic Engravers, Inc.
The building was constructed in 1979 and sits on 0.69 acres of land. It has 2 docks, 1 drive-in door and parking for 22 cars. The property is fully air conditioned and is equipped with 800 amps of power.

Jack Brown, Tyler Sharp and Adam Abushagur of Marcus & Millichap represented the Seller in the transaction.
