Rockland, Maine (September 3, 2025) - Peggy Young has joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust as Assistant Vice President, Branch Relationship Manager for the Bank's location in Rockland, Maine. She leads a team of banking professionals to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families, and businesses in Rockland and surrounding towns meet their financial goals.

Peggy brings over a decade of banking and customer service experience. She has held roles at Bangor Savings Bank, Rockland Savings Bank, and Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. Prior to her transition to banking, Peggy worked in sales and owned a local business in Rockland.

Peggy is active in her community, volunteering with Pope Memorial Animal Shelter and Habitat for Humanity.

Peggy lives in Union, Maine, and has two children.
