Does the county have to post a severance agreement to the county website?

Under Local Government Code ยง180.011(d), a county that enters into a contract or employment agreement that contains a provision for severance pay shall post each severance agreement in a prominent place on the county's Internet website. The provision also applies to renewal or renegotiation of an existing contract or employment agreement.
