Venture One Fund Acquires 38,050 Square Foot Leased Industrial Building in Addison, Illinois
Rosemont, IL - July 28, 2022 - Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 38,050 square foot industrial building located at 502 Vista Avenue in Addison, Illinois. The masonry building is 100% leased to one tenant.
The building was constructed in 1967 and sits on 1.41-acres of land. It features 14' clear height, 3 docks, 1 drive-in door, parking for 44 cars and 6,904 square feet of office space. Additionally, it is fully air-conditioned.
