'Best IT Specialist' Competition held

Azerbaijan Army has held a competition for the title of the "Best Information Technology (IT) Specialist".
Pursuant to the action plan approved by the First Deputy Minister of Defense - Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army, the competition was conducted in two stages. At the outset, participants were briefed on the competition rules and informed of cybersecurity requirements.
Speakers wished the participants success and noted that the Azerbaijan Army's development as a "Digital Army" provides broader opportunities for more agile and effective command and control of military units through the use of advanced technologies.
Held to enhance the knowledge and skills of military personnel specializing in information technology, the competition assessed officers' theoretical knowledge through written tests and their practical skills on virtual platforms.
The winners were presented with awards at the conclusion of the competition.
