ETRIA Announces Changes to European Office Related Toner Production

We can confirm that ETRIA, a subsidiary of Ricoh, has announced changes to the production of office-related toner in Europe.

As part of a planned transition, some production will move from Ricoh UK Products Limited (RPL) in Telford, UK to ETRIA Manufacturing France, with phased activities beginning in May.

Ricoh's facility in Telford is comprised of several Ricoh entities, and only part of Telford's operations are included in this proposal.

The transition process is anticipated to take around 14 months. We do not expect any impact on customers or service levels during this period.
