Sales students receive top honors at M3 Insurance competition

Three sales students earned a clean sweep at the M3 Insurance Sales Competition on Monday, April 20, in Madison, Wisconsin, taking all three top spots in a highly competitive, real-world selling environment. Kaden Lasee placed first, followed by Charlie Roberts and Jessica Hunter.

Hosted by M3 Insurance in partnership with the Marquette Center for Professional Selling, the competition challenged students to engage in live sales conversations, apply consultative selling frameworks and respond to real-time feedback from industry professionals.

Students demonstrated strong preparation and the ability to adapt quickly, incorporating coaching to improve from round to round.

The experience serves as a capstone moment for many participants as they prepare to enter internships and full-time roles in the coming weeks, equipped with the confidence and skills to succeed.
