As GI Associates in Wisconsin approached the end of a legacy capsule endoscopy contract, the practice initiated a structured evaluation of alternative small bowel imaging systems. Over time, operational complexity had increased, with equipment requirements, staffing coordination, and end-of-day data handling contributing to workflow inefficiencies.
"Our prior workflow was becoming cumbersome," said Susan Caskey CCRC, Director of Research and Infusion Service. Following the initial trial, physician adoption expanded across multiple offices. "The patient experience, ease of reading, and setup made it simple and efficient to implement across our offices," said Caskey.
What began as a limited physician trial evolved into practice-wide implementation across GI Associates locations. Read more about how the practice identified workflow simplification, ease of patient participation, and multi-site scalability as key factors supporting broader adoption.
