Body Camera Safety Cover

Law enforcement personnel wear body cameras to capture footage during encounters with civilians. Personnel can inadvertently activate these devices when there is no actual event to record, jeopardizing the privacy of the wearer, depleting batteries, and wasting data space on external servers. Existing protective covers either fully obstruct the activation button or lack a secure attachment mechanism, making them prone to dislodgement.
