New Hires Expand FTI Consulting's Financial Crime Compliance, Responsible AI and Complex Investigations Capabilities for Clients Navigating Technology-Driven Risk
WASHINGTON, D.C., July 27, 2026 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the expansion of its Data & Analytics practice with the appointment of Noel Brandt, Binsar Marseto and Emily McIntosh as Managing Directors within the firm's Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment.

Mr. Brandt, who is based in Denver, is a global risk and compliance executive with more than 20 years of experience in data science, financial crime technology and large-scale compliance analytics. In his role at FTI Consulting, he will advise clients on the design and implementation of advanced compliance analytics programs, leveraging his experience at the forefront of financial crime prevention to help organizations manage risk.
Mr. Brandt joins FTI Consulting from High Ground Advisory, a professional services firm he founded to address financial crimes compliance matters. Previously, he served as Global Head of Compliance Analytics, Data Science and Systems at Western Union, where he built and scaled AI-driven fraud detection and financial crime prevention capabilities across more than 200 jurisdictions.
Mr. Marseto, who is based in Toronto, brings more than 20 years of experience advising financial institutions, central banks and fintechs on the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance. He has deep expertise in financial crime compliance technology, including model validation, transaction monitoring and sanctions screening, and has led complex regulatory and transformation engagements across global institutions.
In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Marseto will provide technology-enabled and data analytics services to clients, assisting with system and data vendor selection and applying machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Marseto was a director at Guidehouse.
Dr. McIntosh, who is based in Dallas, joins the firm with deep expertise in artificial intelligence strategy, governance and solution development. In her role at FTI Consulting, she will help clients develop and implement responsible AI strategies, navigate governance and compliance considerations, and build defensible frameworks that keep pace with a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape while further expanding FTI Consulting's expertise in the Dallas area.
Dr. McIntosh joins FTI Consulting from EY, where she led the design and deployment of AI solutions, governance frameworks, incident response and defensible AI programs aligned with emerging regulatory expectations.
