Revised Local Rules and Forms Changes - Comments Due by 10/6/2025

As announced on September 5, 2025, proposed changes to the Local Bankruptcy Rules (LBRs) and Local Bankruptcy Forms (LBFs) have been posted for review. As of today, September 11, 2025, the document listing the proposed changes has been revised to add one proposal: the removal of LBR 7069-1, Judgment-Execution. Click here to see the updated proposed changes including a comment on the proposed removal of LBR 7069-1.
If adopted, these rule and form changes will be effective December 1, 2025. Comments on the proposed changes are invited and must be submitted by October 6, 2025. Click here and select "Local Rules and Forms Comments" from the "Category" list to submit comments.
