Have Your Say - Shape V&V’s New Responsible Jewellery Business Course

Have Your Say - Shape V&V's New Responsible Jewellery Business Course

01 Oct 2025

For over twelve years, Victoria Waugh, founder of V&V Sustainability Consultancy, has been supporting jewellery businesses to work responsibly.

Many of the businesses she has supported have faced similar hurdles - whether that's creating strategies to address key issues, building responsible supply chains, or navigating certification requirements. To help tackle these challenges, the V&V team are putting together an online course designed especially for jewellery designer-makers, independent brands, and retailers.

The course will provide a cost-effective, step-by-step guide to running a responsible jewellery business. The modules will walk you through setting a clear vision, building a realistic action plan, and creating policies and procedures that lay strong foundations. Expect straightforward language, practical tips, and templates to help you get your ideas down on paper. If you are passionate about building a responsible business, but don't know where to start, this course is for you.

V&V have asked for NAJ member support to ensure the course really hits the mark. Please take a moment to complete their two-minute Google survey to help shape the content.

Running a responsible jewellery business survey

As a thank you, any NAJ member who completes the survey will receive free, priority access to the course when it launches.
