NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, COMMUNITY, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

On August 5, 2026, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulations in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern occupational licensing fees for direct-entry midwives, apprentice direct-entry midwives, and concert promoters.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on August 17, 2026, and are effective on September 16, 2026. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 259, October 2026, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
