Candidates who want to secure MBBS and BDS seats in state medical colleges must log in to the official portal medical2026.mahacet.org to submit their fresh option form before the deadline.

According to Notice No. 18 issued by the CET Cell, all choices submitted in earlier rounds are now null and void. Participating aspirants must complete fresh preference locking to be eligible for seat allotment in Round 3.

• AIQ Filter: Candidates holding joined status in AIQ Round 3 will be weeded out from the state selection list.
