Financial Planner Compensation Climbs 15% in 2025: CFP Board

CFP® professionals report higher pay, stronger benefits, and greater career fulfillment than non-certified peers, while also receiving benefits such as retirement plans (96%), certification dues coverage (93%), and hybrid work options (81%).
