You can now set a default for how pending feedback requests are handled when a candidate changes stages. Previously, pending feedback requests were "completed" by default when a candidate changed stages, meaning the interviewer doesn't see a task to complete feedback.
With this update, you can choose what happens instead: keep requesting interview, take-home, and assessment feedback if you want it to remain required, or continue completing pending requests when the candidate moves on.
The opt-in period starts on October 1, 2026. For existing Organizations, this feature will default to "On" and you can set this option on the Early Access page.
After the opt-in period on November 1, 2026, the Early Access option will be removed. Existing organizations that have not made a choice during the opt-in period will default to requesting feedback and to the complete pending feedback toggle being switched to Off on the Feedback Reminders page.
