TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - Route 9 South of Port Penn to Close for a Month
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists the closure of Route 9 (St. Augustine Road) between Belts Road and Sixth Street for about a month for roadwork. The work will start on Monday, October 27th and end om Sunday, November 23rd. Crews will be installing 5" of porous pavement overlay along with new updated guardrail and curbing. A detour will be posted.
