Idaho Department of Labor Economist Lorren Morgan will provide an overview of how demographic change, outpatient care, inpatient care and workforce needs have evolved in Idaho over the past decade in a webinar, Monday, Nov. 9.
"Idaho's population is aging rapidly, and that shift is changing both the services people need and where those services are delivered," Morgan said. "Understanding these trends can help employers, healthcare organizations and policymakers anticipate future workforce needs, infrastructure demands and changing patterns of healthcare utilization."
Learn about major growth areas in ambulatory care, procedure migration trends, as well as what these shifts mean for employers and the regional market.
The webinar takes place from 11 a.m. to noon MT over Zoom.
