LOS ANGELES - November 4, 2026 - Crescent Capital Group LP, one of the leading alternative credit investment firms, today announced the pricing of Atlas Senior Loan Fund XXVIII ("Atlas 28"), a $406.9 million new-issue collateralized loan obligation ("CLO") on October 29, 2026. This transaction represents Crescent's second new-issue CLO of 2026 and the fourth issued through its CLO Equity Fund II, which closed in August. The transaction attracted 20 distinct investors, and will invest primarily in U.S. senior secured term loans as well as select senior secured corporate bonds.
"We are grateful for the continued support of our longstanding investors and pleased to welcome several new investors to the platform through this transaction," said Nilesh Mandhare, Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Head of CLO issuance business at Crescent. "Volatility in the leveraged loan market provided opportunities for our experienced team to selectively acquire assets at attractive prices, reflecting Crescent's disciplined and patient approach to portfolio construction. The successful pricing of Atlas 28 also underscores the strength of our CLO platform and our ability to navigate changing market conditions."
Crescent has a more than 30-year track record in the CLO market and has continued to expand its CLO platform in recent years, supported by strong investor demand and its longstanding expertise in credit. Since 1992, Crescent has issued and managed just under $20 billion in CLOs through multiple market cycles. The platform is supported by an integrated team based in New York and Los Angeles, with deep experience across the leveraged loan, high-yield bond and CLO markets.
