First Service Bank Promotes Brittni Adlong to Retail Operations Coordinator

First Service Bank is pleased to announce Brittni Adlong's promotion to Retail Operations Coordinator.

In her new role, Adlong will serve as a strategic administrative and operational partner to the Retail Operations leadership team. She will support key initiatives, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and provide data-driven insights to improve the performance, efficiency, and scalability of the bank's retail operations. After spending the past nine years serving customers in the Greenbrier community, Adlong's new role expands her impact across First Service Bank's entire retail network, supporting teams and initiatives that benefit customers and communities throughout Arkansas.

Adlong has been with First Service Bank for nine years, beginning her career as a part-time Universal Banker. Through dedication and hard work, she has advanced through several roles, including Lead Universal Banker, Assistant Branch Manager, Care Center Branch Manager, and most recently, Greenbrier Branch Manager.
