Sylvamo's HelpLine plays an important role in keeping it an ethical company by allowing anyone to raise concerns about unethical or illegal conduct. It also makes clear that retaliation is not tolerated through its Whistleblower Policy as anyone who raises a concern in good faith is protected, regardless of outcome.
