We are thrilled to congratulate our portfolio company SupplyPike, a leading vertical SaaS provider of invoice deduction management and prevention solutions for CPG suppliers, on its acquisition by SPS Commerce (Nasdaq: SPSC), a global leader in cloud-based supply chain management services!

Frontier Growth had the privilege of co-leading SupplyPike's Series B financing in June 2022 to support investment in go-to-market as well as continued product innovation. During our partnership, SupplyPike achieved outstanding growth, with annual recurring revenue ("ARR") more than tripling, and the Company reached profitability.
