On September 5, 2025, CropLife America and 89 other trade associations representing farmers, ranchers, fishermen, producers, agribusiness, and rural America, sent a letter to leaders of the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance supporting the nomination of Dr. Julie Callahan to be Chief Agricultural Negotiator for the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR).
