All-Way Stop Control to be installed at Etowah Road and 60th Avenue SE

Installation of All-Way Stop Control will occur on 8/27/26 at Etowah Road and 60th Avenue SE. The installation is the result of an intersection evaluation brought on by citizen concerns for safety at the intersection.
Changes will include "STOP" signs with all-way plates on all approaches, as well as "Stop Ahead" signs on all approaches to the intersection. Existing "Cross Traffic Does Not Stop" plaques well be removed during the conversion. Flags will be added temporarily to all new signs to bring attention to the control changes.
