CAA launches Action Center to help members fight local housing threats

Rental housing providers facing proposals to ban utility-billing tools, cap fees, restrict tenant screening and expand local eviction controls now have a faster and more convenient way to speak out.

The California Apartment Association has launched the CAA Action Center, a new advocacy hub where members can contact elected officials, sign up for regional alerts and share how rental housing policies affect their properties and communities.
