Washington, D.C. � The NAB Leadership Foundation and NAB PILOT will host its second mixer for technology students at the 2026 NAB Show, bringing together emerging talent and broadcast industry recruiters for an evening of networking and career exploration.
The event will take place April 18, 5�6:30 p.m., North Hall, Room N225/226 at the Las Vegas Convention Centerwith 70 students from this year�s Technology Apprenticeship Program (TAP) and NAB PILOT�s NextGen TV Fellowship. Recruiters and industry partners will have the unique opportunity to speak with entry-level job seekers who are prepared to take on engineering and technology roles � positions that stations are eager to fill.
�The foundation�s TAP students along with the NextGen fellows represent the next generation of technically trained individuals who are embracing innovation and shaping the future of broadcasting,� said Michelle Duke, president of the NAB Leadership Foundation. �We strongly encourage hiring managers to join us for this mixer to engage with our participants and be the first to set up potential interviews.�
Organizations can attend the mixer for a fee that includes space to display materials and a student roster with resumes.
